Description: Customers are reporting that the order history/activity log is no longer visible on orders once the order is more than one month old. This makes it difficult to review what happened on older orders, including tracking updates, label creation, shipment events, user actions, and troubleshooting details. Expected behaviour: Order history should remain available on older orders, or there should be a clear retention rule displayed if history is intentionally limited.

Often online customers forget to enter the street name into the online form, the shipping address that gets sync to StarShipIt will be missing that same info. However on address validation it is still classified as valid and labels can be generated. Applies to both Aramex and Auspost. Source – WooCommerce and Shopify Scenario – customer enters address that is missing street name or number, but with proper suburb postcode and state. So on web form validation it is still valid. Example: 51b, Welshpool, 6106, WA After sync over to StarShipIt, it should be an invalid address, but it shows as valid and shipping label can be printed successfully.

POD (signatures/images) isn't stored in Starshipit and stays carrier-side only for a limited window. For aged consignments (3+ months) where the carrier has removed tracking, this leaves us unable to confirm delivery and process payment if customer raises late.

Oversized items not auto-designating to TGE (Toll Global Express). Want to be stopped from being able to book shipments with services that exceed carrier size limits (dimensions).

eBay Live sellers often receive many separate orders from the same buyer across one or more live sessions that they stream multiple times per week. Their fulfilment workflow depends on the buyer’s eBay username, but Starshipit currently imports only standard destination/customer shipping details. I want to see eBay username in Orders grid. Further it would be great to display it in packing slips too.

Add a rule action to set the invoice type on imported orders, such as Commercial Invoice or Pro Forma. Example use case: if order tag contains B2B and destination country is not USA, automatically set invoice type to Pro Forma to avoid manually updating each order.

I want to add a logo to labels, logo might be different depending on unique identifier such as order number
