Currently we support transit times for DHL Express and AusPost. What other carriers can we add?

As a user I would like to see a more accurate shipping estimate for my NZ Post orders in the Starshipit UI. Currently the diplayed costs neglect to include any tax or surcharge, unlike Aramex, DHL, Auspost etc. The new API does allow for a comprehensive cost breakdown which is good. However Starshipits only displays the base cost in the "Total" and against the services in the dialog box. I expect it is also using this for the cheapest carrier rule.

Shopify now has a field to import the value of duties that was collected on checkout. This would be useful to import for our Order Value Adjustment settings. The field is: Order.currentTotalDuties (MoneyV2) The total cost of duties for the order, including refunds.
