Thanks for the suggestion! Starshipit now supports importing country-specific customer tax IDs collected at Shopify checkout, including CPF/CNPJ for Brazil and RFC for Mexico.
To enable this, go to Settings > Integrations > Shopify > Advanced > Field Mapping, turn on Import country specific tax IDs, and save. Starshipit will import these IDs with orders when Shopify supplies them for supported destinations.

Import Tax Number/ID from Shopify directly into TAX ID field

Customer currently has to manually input the information from the order into the TAX ID in Starshipit so that it is on the label. If it can be mapped to that field automatically via Shopify then it will be less manual work.
