Ebay | writeback specific tracking detail to specific skus

I split ship orders that come from eBay in Starshipit, I want to be able to writeback the applicable tracking details to the specific sku in the order in ebay.

DHL - Allow "Payer account" allocation

DHL has the ability to use different account numbers for shipments to be billed to. We need this capability built in to Starshipit.
