You can refund an item in WooCommerce which appears on the order under object "_restock_refunded_items" Currently Starshipit imports quantity of the line item without acknowledging refunded items and deducted this from total quantity of items.

Urgent couriers have a shopify plugin that currently creates a job number/job id. Customers that use this Shopify plugin also want to create labels in Starshipit - using the job ID that has already been created via the Shopify plugin. Is Starshipit able to make a Get Job ID call and get the job ID created in Shopify, then create a label in Starshipit using this same job ID? Currently any customer that uses this plugin with Shopify would be creating duplicate jobs/labels in Starshipit for the same order.

If an order requires more than one type of package using the %PackageName% variable to display all package names required for the order on the packing slip.

We ship Dangerous Goods under ID 8000 Consumer Commodity and EQ, depending on the millilitre contents per IATA regulations. Currently, there is no way to set the Dangerous Goods type on the order page only via rules (which doesn't allow for the nuance of a customer ordering multiple SKUs that combined change the DG type).
