Mobile App

The phone camera barcode scanner will not open. I have turned on camera permissions, reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, cleared the cache. Nothing seems to work. Have not got a barcode scanner device yet so can't test this.

Alternatively, if possiblw define the keyboard in setting > scanner options may work. Some scanners (such as socket scanners) have an application in iOS that allow changing of the the keyboard to allow inputs from scanners that are in application mode. The app is called SM Keyboard. As some other apps only work in application mode this mean you would need to disconnet and recorret the Bluetooth device when using different apps .

Please return the text box on the picking screen as HID barcode scanner not working

We have many items that are sold individually and in cartons/outer units. Each have a separate barcode so it would be good to scan the outer (carton) and it would update the Indvidual item with a certain carton quantity. For example, 1 x carton of 10 widgets when scanned would update the widget to equal a quantity of 10 in the app.

Allow address validation to run in the pick/pack app

When picking multiple orders, would it be possible to break items up depending on their order no and group them together. So that if multiple orders have the same item, they are not all picked together, but grouped together seperatly and possibly either labelled with which order they belong to or colour coded for the order they belong to.

To eliminate paper usage, it would be great to have the ability to pick an order via the mobile app, then assign it to a tote via scanning a designated barcode on the tote, and then in the workflow page to scan the tote and have the assigned order number input.

Would like to be able to take a picture of the items in the package and store it against the order so that we have proof of what was sent

The ability to edit products that may have missing colours or size information.

Once an order has been picked, I'd like to go back and just double check everything was picked. Perhaps some way to search? Wouldn't want it in the to pick list
