As a FedEx user I would like to be able to upload my FDA Prior Notice document for the USA via Starshipit UI and API. An FDA Prior Notice document needs to contain the AWB number which Starshipit creates on Label print. So the current functionailty does not allow for trasmitting documents after the Shipment is created.
