Customer would like the icon of the carrier to be bigger in the new tab because they do not click into the order.

When I pick orders on the app and asign them to totes, the tote tags apply to the UI2.0 version but not to the classic? (or the other way around - I'm really not sure which we use). Is there a way that tags can just stay put?

I currently have several different package sizes in Starshipit, however some of these cartons are only intended to be used when specific SKUs are shipped. At the moment, there doesn’t appear to be a way to define which SKUs are eligible for each package type within the packaging settings. This means that the automatic package selection can sometimes choose cartons that are technically dimensionally valid, but operationally incorrect for the products being shipped. Setting rules does not appear to resolve this, as rules currently do not support the selection of multiple packages within the same order. I would like to request the ability to specify, at the packaging level, which SKUs are allowed (or restricted) for each package type. Ideally, this would be configured directly within the packaging settings so that it enhances the automatic package selection logic, rather than requiring rules to override it. Thank you!

We'd like the option to manually order how the carriers/products are displayed in the rates table. This would make it a lot faster to compare each carrier/service

I need the option to include or exclude GST from carrier pricing to make apples to apples comparisons between carriers

This request is specifically for the 'Starshipit Sidekick' app to have all countries to be included in the rates lookup. Currently the list is limited to Australia, Canada, UK, USA, New Zealand. The request would be to add all of the countries in the drop down list.

add the ability in either the product catalogue or order item table to enter products by barcode instead of sku or name

We'd like to be able to use the %OrderNotes% variable in the "Customise your own" plain label template. This is already available on packing slips, but not currently supported on labels. We’ve built some workflows where specific data only comes through via the order notes field, so being able to surface that on the label would be really helpful.
