I have two key concerns regarding this: Validation Issue: If the email format is not accepted by the courier (in this case, TOLL), shouldn’t Starshipit validate and reject this upfront, or at least surface an error before manifesting is attempted? Manifesting Failure Impact: A single shipment failure should not block the manifesting of all subsequent consignments. In this instance, one invalid shipment has disrupted our TOLL manifesting for almost a week. Can a change be implemented so that any failed shipments are isolated (and potentially an email send advising of the error), and the rest of the manifest proceeds as normal? Blocking all shipments results in serious delivery delays and potential returns — something that’s entirely avoidable. Note: Identifying the errored shipment was time-consuming. Starshipit’s error output doesn’t specify which shipment failed. Currently, as far as I can tell, the only way to pinpoint the issue is to either manifest orders one by one or exclude them sequentially until the error clears. This process is inefficient.
