I wanted to set up an automation through Zapier whereby a review SMS is sent when Starshipit marks a parcel as delivered (under Transit Status). Turns out this is not an option in Zapier at the moment... Is that something that could be added? I could imagine a fair few businesses would be interest in sending review emails/sms once they have delivered their parcels to their customers rather than when the parcel is still underway or weeks after it has been delivered... Cheers!

When a customer does not provide a phone number, it automatically puts a phone number on the label of the retailer. Have an option to turn that off

Display Shipping Paid on Packing Slip. This is used as a packing slip/invoice and is included in the customers package.

I want to be able to add a record of packaging inventory in my warehouse ie. Small box * 20 Med box * 40 Large box * 100 And as packaging is used in Starshipit, to reduce those quantities. In an ideal world I would like to be able to use this to track cost of packaging per order, and use this as a mechanism to understand when I need to re-order more packaging

When passed through Amazon, it attached the additional 4 at the end of the postcode. For example 80123-4567 and the label will not print because AusPost only accepts the 5 digit post codes for USA.

We currently only support to send rates as carton, not pallets. This will help create more accurate rates for customers
