Barcode scan shows error but is put in the tote

Under bulk picking of order, lets say we scan a barcode and its there in the order it shows error that it's not there and even though scan it into the tote. This has been happening often

UX - Extra # at the start of the order in Pick/Pack List View

Not sure if its just me, but I am getting an extra # at the start of the order in List View? nothing major just wondering why?
