Order Fulfilment

Customer would like the ability to assign carrier name and service code on create order call rather that using second update call or creating rules in StarShipit. The reason they do not want either of the above option is because they have lots of customer and creating rules for each of them is not feasible.

Include "total_shipping_price" on List Orders (Unshipped) endpoint This means that the user does not need to make an individual call for each order just to get this info from the endpoint (Get Order). Resulting in less API calls needed which means less load on Starshipit.
