Could we please look into returning new-zealand-post for both Domestic and International NZPost requests from BigCommerce? I can see here on line 550 https://github.com/bigcommerce/dev-docs/blob/main/assets/csv/tracking_carrier_values.csv that BigCommerce expects New Zealand Post to be new-zealand-post, but cannot see international in this list, but we seem to be returning "New Zealand Post International" which is resulting in no link being generated on the BigCommerce side, just the end of the tracking number ID.

Because SMS credit cannot be refunded there should be a warning confirmation on SMS topup to prevent accidental SMS topups

StarShipit is converting the time of tracking events using the Timezone setting in settings > options. The time received from TGE is already in the correct Timezone, so the time is showing incorrectly in StarShipit's branded tracking notifications. For example the tracking event for Delivered might say 10:10am in TGE system and this is sent to StarShipit. On the StarShipit branded tracking notification the tracking event time will show as 00:10, instead of 10:10am Example Ticket: #270013 Courier: TGE

Allow users to enter weights into the shipment control interface using a USB scale connected to their computer. This solves the problem of having to manually key in the weight of each package when processing shipments. This can come up if you don't have your weights setup in your eCommerce/inventory system to be automatically pulled through by Starshipit.

Currently the Startrack rate used is calculated_rate which doesn't include Fuel Surcharge. It would be helpful to include/give the option to have the fuel surcharge as part of the rate so that the rate returned is a more fair representation of the actual price. This is so we can make more informed decisions about which carrier should be selected per parcel

Some users would like to be able to make rate API calls specifying both a sender and destination address. This would help them streamline their integration when sending from multiple locations, and using the same courier accounts for these locations.

Add the ability to be able to search orders on both the parent and child account. This could display as colour code orders which are on the parent account and child account. E.g. blue on parent account and purple on child account. Clicking on a child account order will take you to that child account and open the order.

It would be helpful to have the bin location of each product to pull through on to the packing summary report. Ordering by bin location would make packing much faster

When booking in TNT shipments via Starshipit customers have to schedule a pickup over the phone with TNT, or have to manually enter pickup details for each parcel into the TNT website. Introducing support for TNT pickups would save users time each day.

Some Unleashed users have multiple warehouses and will assign orders to varous warehouses. If Starshipit brought through the warehouse name then we could setup rules to assign orders to the correct warehouse.
