Option to customize the sender name of SMS's from Starshipit to the company brand name

A way to supply all tracking numbers for the order within the one tracking notification from Starshipit

Currently, you can only purchase SMS credits for child accounts at each child account level. Want the ability to purchase SMS credits at the parent account that apply to all or selected child accounts. If you have many child accounts, purchasing SMS credits at each child account level can be very time consuming. SMS messages are best suited for same day / on demand shipping / ship from store delivery tracking notifications - which usually requires a parent / child account set up.

When a customer's SMS credit runs out their SMS messages won't be sent. They aren't currently notified when their credit runs low/out so can be unaware SMS notifications aren't being sent. Can we add a notification to let customers know their SMS balance is low and then again when it has run out.

setup a direct debit for SMS top up so that you do not need to worry about running out of credit ever.

When customers look at the branded tracking page on their mobile, I would like them to be able to see the same fields, specifically the notices section.

Can Starshipit be linked to Klaviyo so when an order is dispatched in StarShipit we can send a tracking link to the customer from a triggered event in Klaviyo which includes details of the order including images of the items bought. Dean

We want to build an integration into Klaviyo using Zapier. Without the email in the webhook it means Klaviyo doesn't know who to send the email to (all other required info is in the webhook)

Looking to customise the tracking band that is shown on the Branded Tracking Page. E.g change colour of the circle.
