I want the option to merge orders with the same recipient automatically.

Starshipit manages so many parcels now that would be wise if you platform performs an address validation using AI. Will spit the addresses that somehow had a unit number associated to them historically! these will help your customers reduce RTS.

This is feedback on the current suggested merge feature and the merge feature overall: Reference to the merged orders in the Parent order. At the moment it shows a random number down in the History though it would be great if the order number could be listed instead. A Merged order report would be super useful so we could report on Shipping costs saved and also set up emails to customers advising of their orders being combined. Currently there is no way for us to find a list of merged orders, we would need to search for a specific order number to find out if it was merged or not. UnMerge option. This would be great in case we’ve merged two order that shouldn’t have been or if we need to redo just one of the orders not both.

Add support for an option to reinstate rules, as sometimes they can accidentally get deleted, and it can be difficult and time-consuming to re-add every rule.

We want to speed up the address validation process, if an address is invalid automatically send an sms or email to the customer asking them to verify their address.
