Hello, We recently integrated Global e with starshipit. After the integration was complete we were told that it is not currently supported to download commercial invoices via starshipit. We are unable to send through DHL Ecommerce on global e without a commercial invoice. Is there any possible solution to solve this issue as we are needing Global e to be integrated with starshipit, as at the moment we are having to manually print everything on the Global e website which is very time consuming.

Please let me know if it is possible to add a feature where we can download/print a commercial invoice from Global e via starshipit. This is the last step required to fully integrate Global e and starshipit together.
