Starshipit currently only expands bundles from Shopify line_items. Some apps (e.g. Bundles.app) store bundle components in order-level metafields (bundles_in_order), which are not read.

This results in missing SKU/product data and breaks pick & pack workflows.

Allow parsing of order-level metafields to generate component line items on import.
