Cin7: Add an option to map address line 2 to building field

Some Cin7 users are using the city field as suburb, and address line 2 as building.

As we already use city as the suburb if suburb is empty we could add an option to map address line 2 to building.

This is now supported, we have added an option under Cin7 settings to enable importing the suburb field to the building in Starshipit. This is useful depending on how you have your mapping configured into Cin7.
