Ability to customize shipping rates for packages that exceed specific size thresholds.

When reviewing rates displayed in Starshipit for oversized packages, each carrier applies different surcharges, which are typically either a flat fee or a percentage of the shipping cost. In many cases, these oversized surcharges are not included in the shipping breakdown at checkout and are instead added later by the carrier.
Because of this, the customer is looking for a way to apply either a flat fee or percentage increase within Starshipit whenever an oversized item is being shipped. Their goal is to ensure the displayed shipping cost more accurately reflects the true final cost.
At the moment, customers may choose what appears to be the cheapest carrier option, but since oversized surcharges vary between carriers and are not included upfront, it is difficult to determine the actual lowest-cost option. Is there any way within Starshipit to accommodate this type of pricing adjustment for oversized shipments?
