Currently, the in-built scanner through the Pick & Pack app doesn't seem to recognise different barcode types like EAN-13. As a result, if you are using your phone/tablet to scan in EAN-13 barcodes, the app reads these as UPC barcodes and misses the leading 0, causing the items not to be recognised.
