‘Partially Picked’ Tag + Remove Pen Icon on Desktop App

When an order is only partially picked, we’d like the system to automatically tag it as “Partially Picked”.

Additionally, we’d prefer the pen/edit icon not be displayed in the desktop app for partially picked orders, to avoid confusion or unintentional edits.
