This is a critical requirement for our business currently using starshipit as an integrated tool connecting internal and external customers. Toll has had a significant overhaul recently and a lot of customers are moving from Aus Post to Toll. Toll head office has tried to get in touch with Starshipit as well to try and expedite the process with no such luck
