When editing a packaging item in Settings, clicking the “Edit” button opens the edit form at the bottom of the packaging list. This is not obvious when there are many packaging entries, as there is no visual indication or automatic navigation.

Automatically scroll the user to the edit form when clicking “Edit”, or otherwise make the edit state more visible (e.g. inline expansion, highlight, or modal).
