Import notes from Netsuite

We have additional information for our packers in Netsuite that we'd like to import into Starshipit. It currently goes into the delivery instructions field but this isn't big enough. Could we import these into the notes field?

Hi Gradual Stork! The delivery instructions field is limited due to the fact this is what the courier will allow on the label (as the instructions are really there for the courier driver rather than the packers). We did recently add a new field called "Notes" which perhaps we could import this info into which could be utilised by your packing team. Do you have a specific field in Netsuite that this information is currently sitting in?
