In shippit they have much better reporting.
For example you can view simple reports such as
-Shipping volume and cost
- Courier Speeds including number of days before pickup, time in transit
- Follow up surveys to customers of how they found the courier speed, satisfaction, whether it was delivered first time, 2nd time, third time and if it was picked up at collection point.

Yes the reporting dashboard has to be flexible for us to do filtering by date range. Also provide more data like shippit to the speed of delivery, courier average rate so far. On Shipping and Printed Tabs, the filters could also be more dynamic to see a range of results by status of the parcel.

+1 for the performance reporting, this data is extremely useful to track the performance of carriers particularly at peak times. The cost tracking is also extremely useful and is a lot of work to track outside of the shipping management system.
