Ability to add multiple margins in the customized rates settings but with the flexibility of rules.

We have multiple couriers that do not send Starshipit our surcharges. We want to add all these surcharges to Starshipit and can not consolidate them in the customized rates section.

EG:

Startrack:

DG Surcharges 50% of the consignment

Manual Handling – $16.80

Manual Handling DG Surcharge - $33.60

TGE:

DG Surcharge - $26.25

Manual Handling - $16.28

We also need the ability to apply these surcharges based on products/particular orders, as not all products have these surcharges, only some do.
