We are excited to announce that a useful feature from the New UI has now made its way to the Classic UI: The ability to add and remove tags!
Tags are great for:
- Streamlining your workflow: Organise orders more efficiently with customisable tags that fit your business processes.
- Quickly identifying important orders: Easily identify orders by adding relevant tags to highlight important order information.
Where to find tags
- For both unshipped and shipped orders, tags can be found in the "Tags" section (below the "Items" section).
- Please note: Tags cannot be edited once a label has been printed.
How to add a new tag:
- Click into the "Select tags..." input and enter the tag you wish to add to the order.
- Click "Add tag".
- Click "Save order" at the bottom of the page.
How to apply an existing tag:
- Click into the "Select tags..." input and type to search for the tag you wish to add to the order.
- Click the tag in the dropdown to apply it.
- Click "Save order" at the bottom of the page.
How to remove a tag:
- Click the "x" icon of the tag.
- Click "Save order" at the bottom of the page.
The new tags feature is available now and ready to help you improve your order management process!
