We are excited to announce that a useful feature from the New UI has now made its way to the Classic UI: The ability to add and remove tags!
Tags are great for:
  • Streamlining your workflow: Organise orders more efficiently with customisable tags that fit your business processes.
  • Quickly identifying important orders: Easily identify orders by adding relevant tags to highlight important order information.
Where to find tags
  • For both unshipped and shipped orders, tags can be found in the "Tags" section (below the "Items" section).
  • Please note: Tags cannot be edited once a label has been printed.
How to add a new tag:
  1. Click into the "Select tags..." input and enter the tag you wish to add to the order.
  2. Click "Add tag".
  3. Click "Save order" at the bottom of the page.
How to apply an existing tag:
  1. Click into the "Select tags..." input and type to search for the tag you wish to add to the order.
  2. Click the tag in the dropdown to apply it.
  3. Click "Save order" at the bottom of the page.
How to remove a tag:
  1. Click the "x" icon of the tag.
  2. Click "Save order" at the bottom of the page.
The new tags feature is available now and ready to help you improve your order management process!
