!To enable Sherpa; go to 'Courier' option in settings section and select 'Add courier' and then select 'Sherpa' from the domestic carrier list.
To enable; please follow the below steps:
- Tick the 'Enabled' checkbox
- Enter your user name & password
- Click on the Save button to save your details
Note: You can validate your account and test the connection by clicking on 'Test to ensure it works'
- Select delivery 'Vehicle Types'; you most commonly use for your deliveries
- Add delivery option (product code) you want to enable via 'Add a new product code'
Note
: Some delivery options need to be enabled by Sherpa before they appear as available service for the delivery/shipmentOptional step
- Select additional delivery service you want to enable for your delivery/shipment
