Australia Post eParcel: New setting for checkout rates
You can now limit checkout rates to a single package (22kg domestic, 20kg international). By default, eParcel splits larger orders into multiple packages and combines rates (e.g., a 25kg order becomes one 22kg package and one 3kg package). Enabling this setting prevents rate calculation for orders exceeding the single-package limit.
3PL Central: Address mapping update
We've added an option to map Address Line 2 to the Building field in 3PL Central, providing more flexibility in how address data is handled. To enable this, navigate to Settings > Integrations > 3PL central and tick Map Address Line 2 to the Building field
Mobile App: Scan to complete Pick and Pack stages
You can now complete the entire Pick and Pack process without needing to tap the screen—just scan barcodes to move through each step. This update is perfect for users who want to speed up workflows and reduce errors while keeping their hands free.
Here's how it works:
  • Navigate tabs: Scan act_pick or act_pack to switch between Picking and Packing.
  • Select orders: Scan act_select to choose the top order in the list.
  • Start picking/packing: Scan act_begin to begin processing the selected order.
  • Print labels: Scan act_print when packing is complete to print labels.
  • Mark as picked/packed: Scan act_pick or act_pack to tag the order as picked or packed.
Things to keep in mind:
  1. Labels can only be printed from the Packing tab.
  2. If the app is set to Pack Any Order, you can print a partially packed order, creating a backorder for remaining items. Otherwise, you’ll need to fully pack the order before printing.
  3. If an order is only partially picked, you’ll get a prompt: "This order is partially picked, continue?" (confirming this creates a backorder when the label prints).
  4. Orders can only be marked as Packed if the setting Enforce printing labels is disabled.
With these new scanning actions, you can move through Pick and Pack without ever touching the screen—just scan and go.
