We know the difficulty of dealing with orders being shipped to PO boxes. Only certain carriers will deliver to these addresses and making mistakes can result in delays and additional fees.
That's why we've created a brand new rule condition that will detect if the order is going to a PO Box so you can automate which carriers you would like to use in this case.
To use this rule condition:
  1. Go to
    Settings
    >
    Rules
  2. Add a new rule
  3. For the condition, select
    PO Box & Parcel Locker Orders
    equals
    True
    or
    False
  4. Select your desired action (i.e Set Courier and Product Code to Australia Post)
  5. Click
    Save
