 open an order and scroll down to the Carrier section.
 Estimated transit times will be shown under the ETA column.
To see estimated transit times in the Classic UI: 
open an order and scroll down to the Carrier section.
 Estimated transit times will be shown to the left of rates

 You can click the ETA column header to sort the list of carriers/products.
