📎 Document Manager: Auto-attach on import + file name tags

You no longer need to manually click Run Rules Now to attach documents—Starshipit will now run Document Manager rules automatically during import.

When a document is attached, we’ll also tag the order with the file name, so you can easily see what’s been added.
