Sendle closed – automatic fallback applied
  • Sendle has closed and label printing with Sendle will return an error.
  • If Sendle is selected as your default carrier or via rules, Starshipit will automatically fall back to Plain Label, helping prevent fulfilment from blocking while you transition to a new carrier.
  • Action: Review your courier rules and defaults and move to an alternative carrier. Read our blog post with more information.
NZ Couriers / Post Haste: GST included in freight estimates
  • Freight estimates for NZ Couriers and Post Haste now include GST, so pricing shown in Starshipit more accurately reflects the final charge.
  • No setup required.
Deliver In Person: Signature Required supported
  • Deliver In Person shipments now support Signature Required, allowing delivery confirmation preferences to be honoured correctly when booking.

Shopify: Pick up in store order writeback
  • When completing an order in Starshipit using Pickup in store as the carrier, the order status updates to Ready for pickup in Shopify.
  • Setup: Go to Settings → Integration → Shopify Settings → Advanced and enable Mark pickup in store orders as ready for pickup.

Shopify: Import country-specific tax IDs for Brazil and Mexico
  • Starshipit now supports importing country-specific destination tax IDs from Shopify for Brazil and Mexico, improving cross-border data quality and reducing manual entry.
  • When enabled, Starshipit imports destination tax IDs (e.g. CPF/CNPJ, RFC) from Shopify’s localized order fields.
  • Setup: Go to Settings → Integration → Shopify Settings → Advanced and enable Import country specific tax IDs.
Zoho: Write back tracking number
  • Added a new setting to the Zoho integration that lets you writte back tracking number to the order in Zoho.
  • Setup: Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoho and toggle the new tracking number write-back checkbox.

Scheduled reports: Monthly frequency
  • You can now schedule reports to run monthly, making it easier to support finance and month-end reporting.
  • Setup: Go to Reports → Scheduled Reports, choose the report type(s), and select Monthly in the frequency dropdown.
