Currently there is no option in UI2 to filter orders based on writeback status, that being “Up to date” or “Error”. This is especially important to us having Unleashed in the middle, to make sure writebacks are occuring back to shopify, especially re: tracking. We quite often have to retroactively go back into printed and shipped orders to writeback to source when assemblies are not completed on time and it is a massive pain to do them individually.

UI 1 can filter by writeback status.

This works but is not optimal as we are really trying to train our whole team on 1 process and have UI2 be the single source of truth so to speak and jumping between the 2 quite often leads to more issues than not.

I would love if UI2 could have the writeback filters added!

Leading into BFCM, this would be massive for us as writebacks are a pain point with assemblies and SOH discrepancies.

Sidenote:

We do try to bulk “writeback to source” but quite often this doesn’t work well, I assume because of the API possibly timing out or exceeding 20 RPS. Not a massive issue as we can keep queueing writebacks but just something I found interesting.
