Alex: thanks Alex. I also found another way to automate this from Quickbooks which we use for our invoicing. I use an auto integrator called Zapier. I connet Zapier to my Quickbooks account with a trigger that every time in our Quickbooks a new invoice is created, Zapier also connects to our starshipit account and automatically creates an order with all customer details entered in quickbooks. This is working well and fully automated so a timesaver compared to CSV import. I thought I would mention this in case any other customers have the same requirement we do.
