As a user I want to use Zonos for shipments to a particular country e.g the US, but not other destinations. So I need to in put the Zonos Duties and Taxes account number to my DHL Express settings in Starshipit before I print labels for US shipments. Doing this automatically via the Rules engine would be ideal.
