Use a Specific USA based address validator for USA Addresses

As a user of US based couriers, we get stung heavily for each incorrect address and the address validation goes down to street level. One misspelt street can trigger a charge and/or return to sender which also attracts a charge. Please have address validation localised for USA addresses.

This is the problem my client has, too. I am pretty sure even entering Street when it’s supposed to be St can trigger a penalty fee.
