UPS Label - IOSS Number

in regards to our IOSS number. I can see that it is in our settings and it is on our UPS account, however UPS are now informing us that they will require it to show up on the actual shipping label - can this be done please.

Hi Cara,
As Starshipit is UPS Ready certified, we send tax number data to UPS in line with their requirements, and UPS generates the label using the data provided by Starshipit.
Could you share some context on why UPS recommended including the IOSS number on your labels? Were there issues with customs clearance? Additionally, it would be helpful to know where your UPS representative suggested placing the IOSS—was it recommended to include it in a reference field or elsewhere?
