We've noticed that the price does not reflect the 500g weight, if we enter the dimensions as weight higher than the 500g the price continues to rise matched to the standard-pickup option.
Do we need to set up packaging specifically to get this to work as intended?

Yes we really need this too for my existing business and will be a critical decision maker whether we choose Startshipit or not for another I have just taken a shareholding in and am re-structuring as they use a lot of them and are a much higher volume than my existing business. So the savings are very important.
