Google has begun rolling out changes to Google Shopping and Google Merchant Center - and are now integrating shipping partners to track the delivery times of orders (see screenshot attached).

note: While this does appear in Australian GMC accounts, it is currently described as being for US shoppers only... however, this section of GMC was only recently added to the Australian GMC, and I have a hunch that it may be the beginning of a local rollout of this feature - possibly even early steps towards introducing Google Shopping Actions in the region.
