I would like to be able to send a unique tracking updates for orders which have multiple items and travelling on their own consignment.

Eg I send a customer 1 shipment with 2 parcels (2 tracking numbers). They unfortunately split along their delivery journey. 1st parcel is delivered on Monday and sends the customer a delivered scan as 1 of 2 items delivered. I want to be able to track the whereabouts of the the second item as well as receive notifications for this one too.

For orders containing multiple shipments, only the first tracking link is synced back to the ecommerce platform, giving customers the impression that their order has been fully delivered when they check the only tracking link. This is quite misleading.
