Support setting up a return address so that when returns are created this is automatically used.
Scenario: The customer have many stores, however, all return item should go back to the headoffice warehouse.

As a return portal user; users can add return locations under 'Multiple Shipping Location' and then use 'Set Return Address' rule to set up return location for their returns.
