Rename Toll to Team Global Express in the UI

Toll was sold over a year ago and renamed Team Global Express. Most of their customers not know them as TGE so it is causing confusion the fact they are still called Toll in the Starshipit UI. TGE is also in breach of their sale conditions by using the Toll logo and name
