DKIM sender authentication is now available in Starshipit under Settings > Tracking & Notifications > Sender authentication.
Enter your sending domain, click Generate, add the three CNAME records to your domain's DNS settings, then return to Starshipit and click Verify.
This provides domain authentication that can satisfy DMARC alignment when the notification's From domain matches the authenticated domain. DMARC builds on SPF/DKIM; your domain's DMARC policy is configured separately with your DNS provider.

This setup is available in Starshipit. The DKIM section is not available in DHL Express Commerce.

Better email authentication is important for overall security and credibility of a brand/business. Ideally have SPF, DKIM to support DMARC implementation. Having DMARC will then allow us to implement our own BIMI profile images that can appear in email apps.
