I'd like to request to add more email templates to the customer notification settings for the events like: Awaiting collection and attempted delivery.

Right now we go through all the orders and find the ones with these types of statuses, and then we email the customers manually to make them aware they need to go and collect their parcel.

We do this to reduce the amount of orders that bounces back to us as unclaimed.
