The Returns portal is great, however very limited given the lack of exchange capability. The design of an exchange facility should cater for users with multi client / 3rd party operations. I.e, as a logistics provider I would need to offer exchange as an option for Client A on Shopify whilst Client B runs WooCommerce and also requires exchange capability. Sensibly the release of compatibility could be phased, likely starting with Shopify given it's popularity.
