Provide Margins In App

The couriers don't provide all surcharges and taxes on the api. This makes it difficult to select the cheapest courier (via rule or within the UI). If there was a way to define custom margins per service that would let us manually account for issues like this from the couriers

This feature is great, however, we'd like to add 2x customisations to the one service type. eg: Rate#1 = Startrack "EXP" with +15% markup. Rate#2 is the same Statrack "EXP" rate, with a +20% markup.
Currently it only allows one configuration per service type

Favourite Tyrannosaurus: Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the feedback! Would you be able to share why you use two margins on the same service type? This will help us better understand your use case.
Best,
Alexa

Starshipit has introduced a new feature called 'Customise Rates.' You can now configure your rates and service names within the app. To learn more about how to add margins to your rates in Starshipit checkout our support guide: https://support.starshipit.com/hc/en-us/articles/10633684708239-Customise-Rates

Currently the courier rates in Orders doesn't include margins from Courier Configurations/Rules in Checkout Rates. Can it? Useful for testing and quoting.

Could we have the option to surcharge by state or postcode prefix as the current feature request is asking for surcharge by carrier. For example, right now. AusPost has a 40% surcharge to WA, but not other states.
