Just reaching out to see if instead of Cubic cm being shown on the packaging screen we could get this changed to reflect the cubic factor applied by carriers eg. instead of 16cm x 12cm x 11cm being shown as 4998 cm3 could it be divided by 4000 to give us the proper chargeable kg 16cm x 12cm x 11cm / 4000 = 0.528kg
