Hi Team,
We print batches of orders and manually sort into piles of orders that consist of 1x, 2x, 3x 4x+ items (1 stack per item qty).
If we could search for orders with 1 item, we could then utilise the bin location A-Z sorting to improve the picking flow to be in alphabetical order.
We would also be able to batch print orders consisting of a certain number of items, and not have to manually sort them into their item quantity. Saving us dozens of hours per month (more during peak period)
Weekly we manually split several thousand orders based on item Qty, this would save us an immense amount of time.
Thanks! Look forward to hearing from the team :)

Hi there! 😊 I wanted to clarify something: are you looking to filter orders based only on those containing a single SKU, or would you also like to specify a particular number of items, such as orders with 3 or 5 items? We have a similar feature logged and I'd like to confirm if this matches your needs.

Hi Alex, thanks for clarifying :) Not just single SKU orders. We would like to filter by orders with 1 unit, 2 units, 3 units etc. I know you can sort by unit quantity but it throws the order numbers out of chronological order. It would be best if we could filter by order quantity. Thanks!

Ordinary Reindeer: ok perfect thanks! Would you be able to provide any more info on how you typically priortise and ship your orders? Is it a combo of the least amount of items and then the oldest one?

iPacky can do this for Shopify, and it connects to Starshipit. www.ipacky.com
