I want to automatically continue to the order details screen when all products have been packed in the packing validation workflow.

This would remove the need to switch to a mouse and click a button when using the barcode scanner

Thank you for your feedback! ⭐️ You can do this across both Classic and UI 2.0 with a few settings. 
To set this up, go to Settings > Packing Validation, and under "Complete packing" select "Open the order details before printing the label", and under "Additional Options" check "Auto-complete Packing Validation after the last item is scanned", then click "Save".
This will configure Packing Validation to automatically progress to the next step (opening the order details page) after the last item is scanned - no clicking required!
