Clicking the email/download button on order that is an associated return doesn't do anything.
Example from AccountId:11586
Order Number: SI-00010655
  1. Open up an order that has an associated return, in this case: SI-00010655
  2. Click "Open Return Order"
  3. Click download > Nothing happens
  4. Click email > enter in email address > no email sent
